Creative Direction, Brand Strategy

At Maple, one of Canada’s leading virtual healthcare platforms with over a million 5-star reviews, I lead creative initiatives to bring their vision of seamless and accessible healthcare to life. My role includes designing impactful campaigns across web, email, and social media, and involves utilizing and occasionally co-creating UI screens with UI design leads to enhance our app’s user experience. I am also instrumental in launching Maple's national membership program.

In addition, I develop B2B sales materials, create presentations for government partnerships, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. I guide external agencies, use data insights to optimize our campaigns, and ensure our visuals and product designs align with Maple’s mission to transform healthcare. Every project aims to expand Maple’s virtual healthcare services and make them more accessible to millions across Canada.
